汽车视频连接器(4PIN/6PIN)优点:
1. 线端铆接式连接,符合车辆加工要求;外层塑料外壳保护,表面不易变色,且重量轻。
2. 板端为政策铆压,外壳装配三面四点卡扣结构,工艺简单稳定
3. 防误插结构,可根据产品不同功能状态的颜色改变塑料的形状,从而防止误插(防误插按键形状:最多5个);无需不同类型的接头和标签识别嵌合物,提高安装实施效率;
4. 采用锁扣结构,嵌合时锁扣声音比一般对话声音大,且有触感;因此除目视观察外,还可通过手的触感和耳的辨别来实现。
5、锁扣有效防止极端情况下连接器的可靠连接,Min 98N 的保持力,满足车辆 USCAR2 V2 级别的振动条件。
6, 板端和线端插入快速简单。
